• For security, fraud prevention, and incident resolution.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, database, and email) solely to operate Coachex-Pro. For subscription billing, we may use third-party payment processors. Coachex-Pro does not process payments between end users (students) and the User (coach/club), does not hold funds, and does not transmit money; subscription payments are handled by external providers under their own terms and policies.

4. Retention and your choices

• We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service or to comply with legal obligations.
• You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing info@coachexpro.com.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information (e.g., access controls and technical logging). No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access and misuse.
