1. Service description SaaS

Coachex-Pro is a subscription-based SaaS (software as a service) for tennis/padel coaches and clubs (scheduling, client management, reporting, rankings and tournaments).

Coachex-Pro does not provide payment services: we do not process payments between students and coaches/clubs, we do not hold funds, we do not transfer money, and we are not a payment facilitator, money transmitter, or merchant of record. The platform may allow users to record and track payment information for administrative purposes only.

2. Definitions

• “Service”: the Coachex-Pro platform and its features.
• “User”: the person or entity that creates an account and uses the Service (coach/club).
• “Data”: information uploaded by the User (students, classes, records, etc.).

3. Account, eligibility & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prohibited use: unauthorized access, interference with security, unlawful content, or attempts to reverse engineer or exploit the Service.

4. Subscription, billing & payments

• The Service may offer a free trial and/or paid plans as described on the website or within the app.
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
• Pricing (and applicable taxes, if any) are shown before checkout/confirmation.
• Subscription payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms and policies.

5. Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
• After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Customers are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, with no exceptions or conditions, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

6. User data & content

You retain ownership of your Data. Coachex-Pro uses Data only to operate and provide the Service, including support and product improvement.

• You represent you have the necessary permissions to upload third-party data (e.g., students).
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Data you upload.
• You may request export or deletion of Data by emailing info@coachexpro.com, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (hosting, database, email, payment processors, etc.). These providers operate under their own terms and policies. Coachex-Pro does not control their services.

8. Availability, changes & support

• We strive to keep the Service available but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, improvements, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of these terms, illegal activities, or security risks. When feasible, we will attempt to notify you.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachex-Pro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply otherwise.
